Redondo Beach

Located in the western region of Los Angeles County on the Pacific Ocean border, Redondo Beach is a full service city that is growing by the minute.  The population is an estimated 63,261 in an area of 6.35 square miles and is located approximately 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles. 

Redondo Beach offers plenty of activities and attractions, and its coastline is one of the most beautiful in all of California.  The pier offers shopping and dining, sport fishing, and several other attractions.  Currently, there are fifteen recreational parks and a waterfront park that features two miles of beach land. 

Redondo Beach residents are served by the Redondo Beach Unified School District and offer some of the finest programs in the nation.   The Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center is one of the most prestigious centers in the region, and features a beautiful, bold lobby of stainless steel and cherry wood accents and ceilings.  The auditorium seats 1,457 and has held a number of prestigious shows throughout its existence.

As is the case with most real estate in Southern California, the real estate market is growing.  Currently the average price of a home in Redondo Beach is approximately $785,000, which isn't terribly appalling considering its prime location, prestigious schools, and attractions.
