Open House Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills is a prestigious city located in the western part of Los Angeles County.  Few cities with a  population of just over 30,000 residents have the luxury of having a hit television show (Beverly Hills 90210) named after them.

One of the wealthiest cities in the country, Beverly Hills provides its residents with fantastic weather, shopping, restaurants, lodging, and real estate.  Bordered between Bel-Air and Santa Monica, Beverly Hills is home to several famous actors, producers, writers, and athletes.

If you’re looking for things to do or sights to see, Rodeo Drive, located in the center of Beverly Hills, offers world class shopping with several exclusive shops and boutique stores.  Residents and visitors are encouraged to hop on a trolley and view all of Beverly Hills’ attractions, from the Greystone Mansion to the Civic Center, Farmers’ Market, and even the La Cienega Tennis Center.

Beverly Hills residents are served by the Beverly Hills Unified School District. The district's sole high school is Beverly Hills High School, the same one made famous by the television show.  Students are also encouraged to choose from a wide array of private schools, and Beverly Hills is known for offering some of the best private schools in the nation.

Perhaps the most surprising tidbit about Beverly Hills is its real estate.  While Hollywood portrays Beverly Hills to be filled with mansions and 5 bedroom houses, there are many condominiums and one story homes that are rented out within the area.  Point being, there are several mansions that are worth millions of dollars, but investors are also able to find reasonable real estate within Beverly Hills’ limits.
