Open House Calabasas

Situated in both the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys. Calabasas has a population of just over 24,000 residents.  Most of Calabasas’ land consists of mountains and hills, which offer breathtaking views of both the San Fernando Valley and the Pacific Ocean. Calabasas became an incorporated city in 1991, which has caused rapid growth in its population.

Many of Calabasas’ neighborhoods consist of gated communities which are made up of several large homes.  The average price of a home is approximately $1,267,000 and there are about 8,350 housing units to choose from.

The city offers a wide array of activities for both children and adults.  The Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center offers a variety of recreational and social activities throughout the year.  The facility features basketball courts, a fitness center, a 35 foot rock climbing wall, and even a dance and exercise studio.  Calabasas also has a variety of outdoor parks with several recreational leagues for adults and children to choose from.

Brandon’s Village is an accessible playground located at Gates Canyon Park and is nationally recognized for catering to special needs children.  Stretching approximately 1 acre in size, Brandon’s Village provides special needs children with several opportunities that they would otherwise not have.
