Registration
In order to use this Web site, you are not required to register. Registration, however, provides you with additional features available only to members. Registration is presently free. If you choose to Register, you must complete the registration form and create a user name and password.  You will also provide your name and email address as well as tell us how you wish to use the service. From time to time we will use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Once you are registered you may also create a profile if you wish although this is not required. Any, all or none of the information you choose to place into your profile can be made publicly available. You should use caution and common sense in making your personal information available on the Internet. By default one of your information is disclosed.

PlanOpen.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. PlanOpen.com collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Adding an Open House
You may choose to Add and Open House to our System. If you do so, certain information is required including the property address, City, State, Zip Code. We also require various items of information about your property listing. This information is necessary to list your property within our system. The more information that you provide the more search results it will be included within. The information that you provide is disclosed to users of our system in various search result listings to publicize your listing. 

If you are a licensed Real Estate Agent, you have the option of allowing us to incorporate your listings from the MLS database. Should you take advantage of this service we will use this information to add the identified listings to our service. 

Searching for an Open House
You may choose to use the service to search for an Open house. You may provide as much or as little information as you like. The more information that you provide, the more refined your search results will be. The information that you provide here is used solely to conduct the search within our system.

Open House Resources
PlanOpen.com provides certain resources for use by any person listing a property on the Site. These resources include Signs, Supplies, Forms and Staging. Depending upon the nature of the resource requested we will collect information from you including your telephone number, the cities in which you conduct open houses and the number of Open Houses you conduct per month. This information is used to determine whether you are eligible for any of our special offers. We may also provide this information to third parties to contact you regarding your order or to complete your order.

Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.  If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes contact information, and demographic information. 

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic and improve the performance of the site. We may also provide this information to our marketing partners in relation to products or services which we believe to be related to the information that you have provided.

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, to create a “profile” of your preferences.  In some instances, we tie your personally identifiable information, and your ordering history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you. We do not share information concerning your use of our site with Third parties. We may, however, use this information to determine whether any particular third party offer may be appropriate for you based upon your use of our site. In that event your email address may be provided to a marketing partner in order to facilitate such offer.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers.  This information does not identify individual users.  This information assists us to attract the most relevant and useful advertisers to our site.

Agents 
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Service Providers
We use other third parties to provide other services available on our site such as our Open House resources.  When you order these products or services we will share the information necessary to complete your order as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Log Files
