Norco

Conveniently located in western Riverside County at the junction of the 91 Freeway and Interstate 15, Norco is nestled perfectly in the middle of every attraction, and opportunity.  The city is 14.4 square miles and has a population of nearly 30,000.

Norco is a community that continues to grow as many find its location not only ideal for commuting, but also a great place for business development. It has recently gained many new businesses. Notable additions are the Norco Auto Mall and Gateway area development. The median income in Norco is $65,000 and the median home price is $269,000.

The city has a large equestrian community, an equestrian center, and plenty of trails. Lot sizes in Norco are a minimum 1/2 acre in size. Nearly any type of animal may be found in town. The city retains much of its rural hometown feel in many ways. There are no sidewalks or curbs in much of Norco; instead horse trails are the norm, which adds to its charm.

The weather in Norco is mild with no real extremes. A few hot spells in the summer may go over 100, winter temperatures rarely drop below 40. Norco average annual rainfall is 13.2 inches per year with average temperatures at 63 degrees F.
