Perris

Located in the heart of California, Perris is positioned for growth. It is located between San Diego and Los Angeles, which makes it a prime location for commuters. It is 31.4 square miles with a low density population. The population is currently almost 47,000 and has a fast growing workforce. There is plenty of available land for both housing and industry.

The city's prime location makes it poised to see growth, both in population and economically over the next few years as people continue to seek affordable housing, safe neighborhoods, and easy commutes. Perris has all of these with easy access to the 215 freeway, many beautiful new neighborhoods with houses with big yards for family and animals and the convenience of local shopping and recreation. It is also a major cargo hub for the Western United States.

One of the city's most interesting features is the local skydiving school which has earned the city the name “the Skydiving Capital of America.”  The area also has many parks and recreation areas for residents to enjoy.

The city is served by three school districts: the Perris School District, Perris Union High School District and the Val Verde Unified School District which also serves the southern part of Moreno Valley.
